PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF USE BEFORE CONTINUING. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE, DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR USE SQUARE TEXTURE PRODUCTS

  1. GENERAL:
    These Terms of Use are a legal agreement between you (whether individual or legal entity) and SQUARE TEXTURE for using SQUARE TEXTURE products.

  2. LICENSE:
    SQUARETEXTURE gives you a license to use, modify, copy and store the SQUARETEXTURE products you purchase from this site (including the free samples) to produce 3d renderings, illustrations, graphic design and other new creative and original products.
    You may not sell, rent, lease, lend or distribute SQUARETEXTURE products in their original form, i.e. as textures and stock images, or in any collection of textures and stock images.

  3. OWNERSHIP:
    All SQUARE TEXTURE products are owned and copyrighted by SQUARE TEXTURE. Your license does not give you ownership of the SQUARE TEXTURE products and should not be construed as a sale of any right.

  4. LIABILITY:
    You agree that you will indemnify and hold SQUARE TEXTURE harmless against any claims or liabilities arising out of the use, misuse or distribution of any SQUARE TEXTURE product including claims brought against you for the use of such products.
    All products on this site are without releases. It is your responsibility as an end user to determine whether a release is required for your intended use.

  5. WARRANTY:
    SQUARE TEXTURE products and any related documentation are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of SQUARE TEXTURE products remains with the licensee.

  6. PRIVACY:
    In order for you to register or receive our Newsletter, we will require you to provide us with information such as a name and email address. You can unsubscribe at any time by following the directions contained in our emails.
    While SQUARE TEXTURE employs secure encryption technology and takes precautions against possible breaches in its web site and customer database, no web site or Internet transmission is completely secure. SQUARE TEXTURE cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, data loss or other breaches will never occur.

  7. If any part of these Terms of Use is found void and unenforceable, the parties agree that such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this agreement.

  8. SQUARE TEXTURE reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time.
